Was renting home before Peak Property took over the management of it. What a sham the DFW office staff is. Constantly changing portions of "management" respondibilities. Recent maintenance response is erratic and the quality of responses vary, sometimes taking 2 or more visits to get a working resolution in place. Contract may list other acceptible methods of paying rent, but have refused all physical payment methods, they are charging additional processing fees which are added to the cost of rent. Peak Property is great! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home.
BEWARE!!!! I would think twice before signing and finalizing any lease with this company. I rented from them when I first moved to Texas and there was no negotiating terms with the company. If you call the number they won’t actually help you, they’ll just document your call and hang up. I was locked out of my property for about 5 hours once (after hours) and had to continually call the main number to get someone to my property with a key to let me in (keypad was not working properly and the company does not provide a spare k... read more
If I can give 0 stars I would. This management company is highly unprofessional. They slap violation fees on you for no reason. They’re impossible to communicate with. We had a neighbor who hated kids. I have 3 boys who enjoy playing outside, especially in the wooded area behind the duplexes. This neighbor not only called cps on us, but called management multiple times for bogus things just bc she thought they played too loudly outside. (Not even on her property!)
