So, my review was just Respond to stating I'm not a current or past resident.. This mean I can break out of the lease I been trying to break out since day #2 of moving in? but I do have 5 work order pending as of 2.17.26 of the rental Unit I have a current lease until 2027 just a few images of the unit I was given- 2 days after moving in completing the inspection.
If I could give zero would not hesitate, Rented and apt 2 days after moving in ask to break lease they declined enforcing lease agreement. The apt is total section8/projecta living conditions. This review is not allowing images otherqisw I would had showned the so called Promesa bldng aprt I got sucked in. Terrible
Do Not Purchase from Peak Enterprises! I purchased a manufactured home from Peak Enterprises in August 2024, and it’s been a nightmare. From walls coming apart, floors caving in, mold in the bathroom ceiling, and having to replace the AC unit twice, the quality is shockingly poor. The warranty is only valid for one year, which is completely unreasonable given the extent of the issues. I strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
