I've been renting with them for over 2 yrs now, and everyone has been great from the very start, especially Gustavo he is amazing.
Been renting with this company for almost 2 years! The renting process was easy, the staff is very helpful and informative. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and thoroughly. Love renting with them!!
Was renting home before Peak Property took over the management of it. What a sham the DFW office staff is. Constantly changing portions of "management" respondibilities. Recent maintenance response is erratic and the quality of responses vary, sometimes taking 2 or more visits to get a working resolution in place. Contract may list other acceptible methods of paying rent, but have refused all physical payment methods, they are charging additional processing fees which are added to the cost of rent. Peak Property is great! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home.
BEWARE!!!! I would think twice before signing and finalizing any lease with this company. I rented from them when I first moved to Texas and there was no negotiating terms with the company. If you call the number they won’t actually help you, they’ll just document your call and hang up. I was locked out of my property for about 5 hours once (after hours) and had to continually call the main number to get someone to my property with a key to let me in (keypad was not working properly and the company does not provide a spare k... read more
