Loved renting with them!! Entire experience from move in to move out was amazing! Gustavo was the man with the plan when it came to maintenance! Big shout out to Dan! He was super responsive and always messaging me back about everything I asked! Communication with management via text is great because of my work schedule. Even got my entire security deposit back! If you’re thinking about Peak, they’re the way to go 🩷. Thank you to the staff!
My experience with the upper management and corporate staff has been extremely disappointing. While some on-site employees may try their best, the support and professionalism from higher-level staff have been lacking. Communication has been poor, concerns have not been handled appropriately, and interactions often felt dismissive rather than helpful.
So, my review was just Respond to stating I'm not a current or past resident.. This mean I can break out of the lease I been trying to break out since day #2 of moving in? but I do have 5 work order pending as of 2.17.26 of the rental Unit I have a current lease until 2027 just a few images of the unit I was given- 2 days after moving in completing the inspection////Move in January still waiting for someone/ regional manager to get back to me as the corporate office stated-03.10.26

If I could give zero would not hesitate, Rented and apt 2 days after moving in ask to break lease they declined enforcing lease agreement. The apt is total section8/projecta living conditions. This review is not allowing images otherqisw I would had showned the so called Promesa bldng aprt I got sucked in. Terrible
