After living here for almost a month, upon our first day of moving into our apartment we found multiple rodent droppings in the kitchen area and in bedrooms. After calling not once but three times were we able to get a hold of someone to handle this issue that shouldve been taken care of months before move in. Scammed us. Paid **** for deposit and first months rent then ghosted us and never gave a refund. Even had a fake lease agreement and receipts

Worst possible place to rent from. Apartments are outdated. Have insects and horrible management problems. Pipes are constantly bursting and the water is shut off as they please. They can't even send a maintenance person to fix minor issues. Stay Away!

To Whom it may concern:The resident has been in the building for several years and now trying to get out of her recently renewed lease to move in with her sister. We have offered early lease termination provisions per the lease, which she did not agree to.
Although there have been some nice improvements to the building since Peak Properties took over I cannot recommend them in general. I have spent more than a year trying to get a nuisance maintenance issue resolved to no avail. Prior to this company taking over I was very satisfied with the maintenance response and cleanliness of the building. Now, theres a demonstrated lack of concern for the tenants. I will be sure to avoid renting anyplace managed by Peak Properties.

Be aware when you sign with Peak that they do not care about your health and safety. I am currently sitting in my bedroom with the door shut and sealed while 3-5 electrical workers with either no masks or improperly worn and ill-fitted neck gators are walking throughout my apartment and drilling my wall. In a normal year, the intense level of noise sustained for a full week would be irritating, but in the midst of a pandemic, this kind of intrusion into our privacy with little regard for our safety is infuriating. Peak took over my apartment building in the Spring of 2020 after having lived there almost 5 years. Nothing fancy but it was home and I was comfortable and happy. Enter Peak Properties...they moved me into a different unit with roaches that took 4 exterminator visits to get rid of the problem. THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN MONTHLY SPRAYING OF THEIR BUILDINGS FOR ROACHES BECAUSE IT COSTS TOO MUCH MONEY SO THEY WAIT UNTIL A TENANT COMPLAINS AND THEN CALL THE EXTERMINATOR TO SPRAY AND THE ROACHES MOVE TO THE APARTMENTS ADJACENT!! To Whom it may concern: First and foremost every single work order that has been submitted has been closed out within 24-48 hours and we have record of this. The way our system works is the tenant submits a work order into the system. The maintenance coordinator then coordinates with the janitor to get the issues resolved. He has submitted orders for doors being left open. The last one we received was for heat.
