I’ve been floating for several years. At first I would drive to Oakland Floats which was okay. Peak Performance is a new facility that is impeccably clean. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The location is very quiet. Floating itself is incredibly relaxing. The Epsom salt used to add buoyancy to the water is a natural muscle relaxer so it rivals a massage in relieving tension and knots.

Absolutely awesome experience! The woman on the phone took her time to describe each room/experience prior to booking, and the facilities were top notch. It was only my second time floating, and way better than my first experience which was at another facility in SF, with not nearly the same level of quality. Because of this great experience I am more inclined to make this a regular practice.

Peak Performance Float is the best regime as far as self care. My first float was about a few weeks ago and I was greeted by the owner Rebecca who was just very pleasant and explained everything. It was by far the best experience I’ve had that I became a member. I came in with lots of soreness from working out and of course my left shoulder pain.
