I decided to try float therapy because of a low back/hip issue I've had over the years. Besides feeling relief from the pain, I also felt extremely relaxed throughout my body. I was able to wind down my both my body and mind. I've scheduled my second appointment! Owner and staff are great. Highly recommend.
Very relaxing, but also healing. Took away pain in my shoulder and relieved my back pain.

Amazing experience! All types of float experiences available, even for those that are claustrophobic. I fell asleep a couple different times. Can be total sensory deprivation (no lights, no sounds) or a combination of lights and sounds if that is what is preferred. definitely will be doing it again!
