First time floating what an amazing and relaxing experience. My husband, daughter and I enjoyed it so much we bought a membership. Truly in a time when we are bombarded with information technology everywhere, it was nice to unplug for an hour and 💯 percent relax.

This was our first time at Peak Performance and my wife and I really enjoyed our floats. It was very relaxing and we both found it easy to drift off to a deep state of relaxation. The salt makes your skin so soft. The temperature was perfect, not too cold and not to warm. We look forward to going back!
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This is my sleep profile before floating and after floating. If you have stress or anxiety you owe it to yourself to give floating a try! The facility is clean and the staff is fabulous! If you are not familiar with floating the knowledgeable and friendly staff walk you through the process so you have a stress free experience. Give them a call!
