Thank you, Josh, in the service department for helping me with my 2020 RAM. Not only have they fixed a blowout, worked with my extended service contract, on my tire and wheel, but they’ve helped me calibrate my speed to my new tires. Got me right in professional, courteous, and kind.
I recently took my 2022 Kia Telluride in for a recall, and was quoted $400 for a repair unrelated to the recall. The service advisor didn’t mention that the repair might be covered under my warranty. After doing my own research, I found out the repair is indeed covered under my existing warranty. When I asked about it, they claimed the mechanic had “pressed the wrong button by mistake.” That’s a $400 mistake.
