I leased my first Kia here back in 2022, when it was still Peak Kia.The experience was fantastic, I loved my Kia Sorento and told everyone how great it was. So, when my lease ended this year, I knew I’d be returning. By chance, I ended up with the same sales associate as before, but unfortunately, the experience couldn’t have been more different. Not only was Akira friendly and easy to talk to, he was extremely knowledgeable about his stock and cars in general. Setting up an appointment was quick and convenient. My husband and I just bought our first car from here and it was such an amazing experience! James was super helpful, kind and just an overall pleasure to work with making what could’ve been an overwhelming situation into a very easy process.
James Titchnell was very helpful and no pressure! Update- Went back for 1st oil change. Great accommodations for customers to wait. Clean bathrooms, excellent options for coffee and drinks. Happy customer!
