I am not sure I understand the negative reviews of this place. Dr. Riddles life changing sinus surgeries are beyond impressive. My wife and I spent the last two years being chronically sick because of drainage issues in our sinuses. Since doing the surgery in May 2024, we've healed nicely and started to get back to normal in life. My sister originally turned us onto this place, since she did her surgery first, and we've now since referred, my brother. HIPAA Violation & Billing Dispute: I was incorrectly billed for an expensive ($1,175) scope procedure that didn't happen. There was a chance it would be performed in my follow-up appointment, but it wasn't needed. The procedure consent paperwork was filled out before my appointment, and instead of being shredded after I left, it was kept and used with the next patient. I loved Dr. Thomas. My 97yo mom was his patient. She thought she needed new hearing ads. We bought them in Oct 2023. They cost her $4000. The first pair was too big. They had blue tooth and rechargeable batteries. We returned them and it took 2 months to get them replaced. She went home and they was to loud. We had to return and get them adjusted. This office needs to get its schedule in order. They are grossly late so often. Management needs to understand they aren’t the only ones with careers and in nearly every business being 45 minutes late to an appointment or meeting IS UNACCEPTABLE.
