Willie and I stepped inside the office and was warmly greeted by Mandi. We had an appointment and we were on time. Mike came out of his office and had everything set up for me. My new replacement hearing aide came in and Mike was pairing it up to my phone And to the other hearing aid. We spent time downloading the app and learning much about that too. It was a wonderful informative visit. Yippee I can hear again. Special thanks to Mike and Mandi for their kindness.
I came to Pawleys Island on vacation and the retention wire on my hearing aid broke. I went to hearing life because I was told they had walk in hours which is a wonderful policy. Unfortunately, they did not have the right pieces to fix my hearing aid, but Michael and Mandy went way beyond. They called other places and found out where I might be able to go. Mike was wonderful to work with. He was very thorough, explaining everything as we went along. Answered all my questions in detail and made sure I understood everything before I left with my new hearing aids. I would highly recommend Mike if you need a hearing test or hearing aids.
Very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly staff. Will definitely remain a patient in this office. Highly recommend.
Really appreciated the friendly nature of the staff and Dr. Mike and the very thorough evaluation of both mine and my husband’s hearing. Much better than any previous audiology screening.
