I had misplaced my device for several months and I was able to locate it came in the office and was able to see someone right away and I was very pleased with the service that was provided for me again to hear again I was overwhelmed with the service given to me great staff from the front desk to back office again thank you

Was greeted kindly, Was seen on time, Audiologist and his apprentice did extensive hearing tests. I was fitted well, and checked regularly. The hearing aids are new to me, and I was encouraged to take my time getting used to them. All in all it was a good experience.

Update 1/14/2026 We walked in for a routine follow up but Bev had lost her hearing aide this week. We needed to reschedule a visit and order a new hearing aide for her Right ear. All week I have been translating English to English for Bev. And I felt like I was Stuttering sentences..I ask Bev something and she said, “Huh?” So I repeated it. Willie and I stepped inside the office and was warmly greeted by Mandi. We had an appointment and we were on time. Mike came out of his office and had everything set up for me. My new replacement hearing aide came in and Mike was pairing it up to my phone And to the other hearing aid. We spent time downloading the app and learning much about that too. It was a wonderful informative visit. Yippee I can hear again. Special thanks to Mike and Mandi for their kindness.

I walked in one morning after my dog had chewed off the end of my hearing aid. It took about half an hour and it was as good as new! Everybody is very nice and helpful.
