Was greeted kindly, Was seen on time, Audiologist and his apprentice did extensive hearing tests. I was fitted well, and checked regularly. The hearing aids are new to me, and I was encouraged to take my time getting used to them. All in all it was a good experience.
I had misplaced my device for several months and I was able to locate it came in the office and was able to see someone right away and I was very pleased with the service that was provided for me again to hear again I was overwhelmed with the service given to me great staff from the front desk to back office again thank you
I walked in one morning after my dog had chewed off the end of my hearing aid. It took about half an hour and it was as good as new! Everybody is very nice and helpful.
Willie and I stepped inside the office and was warmly greeted by Mandi. We had an appointment and we were on time. Mike came out of his office and had everything set up for me. My new replacement hearing aide came in and Mike was pairing it up to my phone And to the other hearing aid. We spent time downloading the app and learning much about that too. It was a wonderful informative visit. Yippee I can hear again. Special thanks to Mike and Mandi for their kindness.
I came to Pawleys Island on vacation and the retention wire on my hearing aid broke. I went to hearing life because I was told they had walk in hours which is a wonderful policy. Unfortunately, they did not have the right pieces to fix my hearing aid, but Michael and Mandy went way beyond. They called other places and found out where I might be able to go.
