This practice has tragically bad business practices. My husband is supposedly getting a series of drops for allergies. After an incredible comedy of errors to pay for the uncovered treatment, we finally just got fed up and paid for the entire year. We are supposed to get drops every two months. I asked for clarification repeatedly and got some of the most passive aggressive nonsensical emails I have ever seen from a business. I got the in office Balloon Sinuplasty Sinus surgery. The experience was good. I didn’t use to get dreams. Now I get dreams. I would recommend the in office procedure. The X-rays machines are highly advanced and does not feel anything with few minutes which requires to sit on a chair. After the x-rays, in few weeks surgery is scheduled. Surgery went smoothly. This practice refuses to give true tests/exams for treatment and procedures, no patient visit summary by request. Books appointments for advice of equipment needed instead of same results conclusion and recommendations. Receptionist is very kind ,friendly and courteous but, fails to adhere to patient information requests. I'd recommend getting 2nd opinion from entirely different sources.

Successful Treatment with Tonsillectomy I was always sick with a sore throat. Seemed like every six weeks I had a blazing sore throat with white spots in the back of my throat. Dr. McClelland did my tonsillectomy and I have not had a sore throat since.
A+ experience CornerStone ENT has the most friendly staff & the doctors were great. They listened to our problems & figured out how to make my daughter better. It's nice to have her well again. Our wait time wasn't bad either & they allow you to go online to do most of your paperwork. We had an awesome experience there.
Wonderful Office This office has wonderful staff and physicians. They are always very thorough and take the time to listen to my concerns. I know that I can call the office with any question and this will be answered quickly. I will definitely tell others about this practice.
Mrs. I was impressed with the staff's professionalism and empathy for the patient. The physician went through my entire medical history and my concerns as far as treatment. For the first time in years, I feel that my sinus pain is under control.
Great Results My son had always only been able to breathe through his mouth due to chronic nasal obstruction and sinus problems. I brought him in to see Dr. McClelland when he was 19 years old and he performed sinus surgery on my son. My son is now able to breathe freely through his nose and no longer has the several sinus infections he used to get every year. Dr. McClelland and his staff were absolutely wonderful, wished I had brought him in sooner!
sinus surgery Dr McClelland did my sinus surgery and it was the best thing I ever did. No longer do I suffer thru nasal congestion, drainage, pain and pressure.....and I can breathe for my nose for the first time in a long time. Dr. McC was patient thru my endless questions. I would do it again.
