My husband was super impressed with Dr Ahlberg. She was able to explain the results of his hearing test in a way that he could understand. We are excited as we await the new hearing aids. Great experience and we would highly recommend Ahlberg Audiology!
This was our first visit to Ahlberg Audiology & Hearing Aid Services. We saw Kelsey Mullen who was exeptional! She saw my 97 year old father and spent 1 1/2 hours with him adjusting /programing his Cochlear Implant and paired Hearing Aid with excellent results. My dad was thrilled and felt he could hear better immediately! The entire visit was exceptional!
There is indeed a difference when you walk in the door at Ahlberg Audiology. She and her team do their best to actually listen to you and instead of selling items and services they actually care, as both a noun and a verb. I highly recommend them and their service!
Being a two-time loser with hearing aids (Oticon OPN and Phonak Audeo) over the last several years, I decided to go outside my physical area (Andrews, NC) and go to Cleveland, TN (Ahlberg Audiology) to make a new attempt at hearing again. I was hoping that they may have better audiologists in Cleveland. As a 57 year old prideful father and business owner, I made the difficult decision to finally look into my hearing loss. I have to say, had I fully understood how great the experience would have been, would have done this years ago. Met with Dr. TIffany Ahlberg who explained my hearing loss reasons, solutions and made me feel much better about my situation. Woke up this morning hearing the best in my life and realizing had I not been so stubborn, could have enjoyed life much more. Highly recommended, so much thanks!
