This was our first visit to Ahlberg Audiology & Hearing Aid Services. We saw Kelsey Mullen who was exeptional! She saw my 97 year old father and spent 1 1/2 hours with him adjusting /programing his Cochlear Implant and paired Hearing Aid with excellent results. My dad was thrilled and felt he could hear better immediately! The entire visit was exceptional!
My husband was super impressed with Dr Ahlberg. She was able to explain the results of his hearing test in a way that he could understand. We are excited as we await the new hearing aids. Great experience and we would highly recommend Ahlberg Audiology!
I had a wonderful experience with Kelsey. She proceeded to check my ears and perform a hearing exam prior to talking about hearing aids. As it turned out I had a much more profound hearing loss than I had ever envisioned. I was awed by the selection of products I was offered and the prices were beyond reasonable. I left a very satisfied customer.
Being a two-time loser with hearing aids (Oticon OPN and Phonak Audeo) over the last several years, I decided to go outside my physical area (Andrews, NC) and go to Cleveland, TN (Ahlberg Audiology) to make a new attempt at hearing again. I was hoping that they may have better audiologists in Cleveland.
