This is as sleazy a business as you could find. I am not sure what the city of Dallas pays this underworld "business", but anyone paying taxes in Dallas should be ****** off. I will expect my local representative to investigate this clearly corrupt business.

Towed my car from an apartment complex I was told over the phone Saturday night @ ****. I was told that it was going to cost me ****** however when I got there to pick it up theyd changed it to ******. The young lady that Id spoken to over the phone told me that is was ******. But when I got there no even 15 minutes shed changed the amount by ****** dollars.And the original towing date. This is just right out stealing. Wrongfully towed my car on 08/08/2023 at 2:29 am . Called to see how much they told me 272 I asked why they said because it was towed out of Dallas . But when I went online it says ****** I asked why the girl gave different storys in fee prices then I called back in asked how much per day they said ***** its 08/09/2023 why is the price ****** which mean I was charged ***** serval times in its only been a day . Horrible experience, when trying to leave the employee would not open the gate to let me to leave after we paid for the car to be given back. She would not answer any questions and claimed that all issues but be directed to Capital Towing **** which is an umbrella company owned and operated by the same person. Its a way to circumvent any complaints by claiming they were two different companies.

Car was towed on 7/8/2023 . Enter building at 1:15 am Asked one rep are you open she replied no 8 minutes went by and she helped another person. Very slow processes my payment as if the lady didnt want to be at work. Was told that my car was in lot 7 and had paper work that said as well. Went to Lot 7 (Dynamic towing drop off) and car was not there . I walked for 25 minutes around to see if my car was there . Went back to the office multiple times and still was not helped. My car was towed 06/20/22. The Apartment complex is under new management and have set up a new way to register your vehicle. I reached out to the property manager and was told that southwest auto tow doesn't have permission to start towing until 6/30/22 so my car should've never been towed and she would reach out to them. I've contacted them myself as well yet peak storage facility, where my car was towed to keeps saying they are just the storage facility and I would have to talk to the tow company.
