This is the worst service I have ever received. The car was towed illegally. I followed the tow truck to the place, and it was $381. The price is above the price that recommended by the State of Texas. The lady at the front window was rude and made-up prices depending on who the person was. On top of her nasty attitude the tow truck drivers were rude also. My daughter was backing out and the tow truck driver pulled up behind he, turned his lights on the truck to bright. It's a 1st time for everything to say the least. The agentbat ********* location is ridiculous. No customer at all, it's one thing if people are rude to them but to come in to get belongings out of a car from a wreck and go through H*** is crazy. I guess it doesn't matter bc cars will always be towed so no need to be polite. she yelled to a guy your car will TOWED if you don't move it no politeness or nothing. **** it's a sad day in ******* you hire people like her to speak with the public

After I paid the ticket and went to pick up my car, I couldn't get it out because they had another car in front of mine. I asked the lady at the front desk if they could move that car and she told me that she didn't have anyone available for that. She urged me to please ask a contractor to do that for me. I went to the back and there was no one. After two hours waiting there, a contractor came in to drop off a car and I asked the worker there to talk to the contractor and she told me to do it myself. My car was towed from my covered parking spot that I pay for monthly and is included in my lease! When I went to recover my vehicle from Peak Auto Storage. My spot again is registered under my name as well as my vehicle. There was no reason for my car to be touched and now no one is taking accountability to help me recover my funds.

This business illegal tows vehicles from communities (read their online reviews) as well as refuse to answer their phone so you cannot retrieve your stolen vehicle. I was disconnected from an associate after asking for the price of release and was sent to a full voicemail box only to call back and have the same thing happen. This business is unethical and needs to be reviewed if not shut down

Impossible to get ahold of someone by phone or email. You cant find out if they have your car from their website, but if you just show up they might tell you your car is at a different lot.

This is as sleazy a business as you could find. I am not sure what the city of Dallas pays this underworld "business", but anyone paying taxes in Dallas should be ****** off. I will expect my local representative to investigate this clearly corrupt business.

Towed my car from an apartment complex I was told over the phone Saturday night @ ****. I was told that it was going to cost me ****** however when I got there to pick it up theyd changed it to ******. The young lady that Id spoken to over the phone told me that is was ******. But when I got there no even 15 minutes shed changed the amount by ****** dollars.And the original towing date. This is just right out stealing.
