We hired Peachtree Restorations to evaluate our roof damage. From day 1, they have been punctual, straight forward, and honest. We loved our project manager, Erika Kight! She was the best to work with. Keeping me informed during the process, next steps, and managing expectations. I wish everyone was as easy to work with. Erika does what she says... unlike most contractors today. I highly recommend this company.

First of all, our Point of contact was Ms. Erika Knight (Senior Project Manager) who was a WEALTH of knowledge about all things roofing. Buying a new roof is a once or twice in a lifetime event for most people and can be daunting at best but Erika was there for us throughout the process and answered all of our questions and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The initial contact made by Dan Sinnott to the very end was an awesome experience to say the least! Dan was helpful and professional througout the entire process and answered all my questions and never frowned nor complained. He steered me in the right direction with filing the claim and provided timely updates, and was very thorough with explaining the different components of the roof in layman's terms. Ask for Erika! She knows what she’s doing! We initially started the roof replacement process with a different company- they were awful and weren’t helpful at all. It was so complicated and stressful with the other company. We didn’t realize how terrible the other company was and how easy the process should be until we met Erika. Erika and her team did EVERYTHING for us. She knew when it was the right time to file a claim to get us approved and we got approved in less than 24 hours. Had as great of an experience as I could've hoped for in replacing my roof for damaged shingles - the team (Dan Sinnot specifically interfaced with us) was extremely helpful in handling all of the communication with Insurance and then explaining our options and getting us all the info we needed to pick out our new roof! Everyone we worked with was friendly and accommodating, couldn't have been more pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work.
