From the moment our project manager Erika Kight rang our door bell to let us know we had missing shingles, clearly articulating the process Peachtree used to work with our insurance company and overall process, to the scheduling and finally the walk through, I could not have asked for a better experience. I am so happy with our experience with Peachtree Restorations! I had heard from several repair people that the shingles on our roof had been recalled and we could probably get a new roof covered by insurance. But when i called my insurance company, they said they did not cover recalled shingles. We'd been wary of some leaks, so were in the process of getting estimates for a new roof when Raphael Berrios with Peachtree Restorations knocked on my door. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Peachtree Restorations. We struggled with getting our insurance to work with us and had little hope of being able to get our roof replaced. Erika Kight, our Project Manager, knew she could get the job done. She is incredibly meticulous and through. We were referred to Peachtree Restorations by our insurance broker after being denied by our previous Insurance company for a new roof. Erika Kight was extremely professional and very knowledgeable!
