10/10! I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was born and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Every visit has been a great experience! Today I called because I was concerned about my daughter’s health. I got a call back within an hour and was scheduled for the same day. Dr. Brown addressed my concerns and answered all my questions! We love her! She is the best!!
Worst admin and billing team we’ve ever encountered. Front desk consistently tells newborns to “wait in the hall” next to the sick kids for a room to become available. Billing is atrocious - we’ve been trying to get them to give us simple information the insurance company requires (doc name, date of service, etc) for over three months and they refuse to be helpful - all because they refused to submit to insurance for a newborn visit. I called on a Monday/Tuesday to set up an appointment. I was told to send my children medical records and call back on today which is Friday to complete appointment. Mind you the staff never mentioned that they do not accept children who are not vaccinated. I explained that I have an affidavit which I have always used for schools, previous doctors, and etc. The staff member as well as the administrator Cheryl Welch(spell check) was so nasty. Took my daughter here for a last minute medical appointment on 7/12. Our daughter had been wheezing and coughing. The cough sounded very much like croup and the NP who saw her agreed. The practice then agreed to call in an inhaler and oral steroids (my 2-year old sounded terrible). Well, fast forward 4+ hours and the practice apparently forgot to call in the steroids. The doctors themselves are absolutely wonderful - five stars without question. They’re knowledgeable, compassionate, and great with kids. If I were rating them alone, this would be a glowing five-star review. Unfortunately, the inability to get touch with anyone drags the whole experience down. The nurses’ line is basically a black hole. You leave a voicemail and then wait... and wait... and wait some more.
