I was able to secure an appointment for 5pm for a head and backache. i arrived and was told I could not enter the building because that was covid symptoms. the first lady said she would see if someone would come and swab me carside. A few mins passed and one of the providers came and told me sorry they don't look at what appointments are booked for as I asked why nobody called me to cancel. RecommendedAlthough it was very difficult to get an appointment bc of the high demand, I just had a wonderful experience from start to finish getting a rapid Covid test at this location. Everyone was kind, upbeat, and efficient.
RecommendedThe entire staff was pleasant and very professional. If you have to go there and get tested for COVID, don’t forget to thank them for working so hard. It’s not an easy job.

They force you to wait for Covid19 test results. Why can they not email or post on Emory? All these people are waiting unnecessarily in their cars. Watch someone pee outside their car since there are no facilities. Email the "instant" results!
You turned away a baby yesterday, (how dare you guys) We had an unfortunate experience as our 4 year old had chemical burns in his eyes. We rushed him to our local immediate care only to be told we had the wrong insurance card. We were told to go back home and get the correct card. Meanwhile my child is screaming in pain and they are informing me of a $40 balance I was willing and trying to pay so my child could be treated.
