My husband went there today and saw (Crystal) with second degree burns to the top of his foot! They did not clean it, put any ointment on it and dry wrapped it! Refused to give antibiotic for infection, no pain meds! CRYSTAL told us no pain meds would be given because we are trying to keep America off drugs! We are not a drug using family and those who are have ruined it for the people who need meds after a trauma! This place is horrible and I would not recommend it ever!! I made an appointment online and they called me about 30 minutes later to confirm. They called to get me checked in and basically I guess the nurse or receptionist that called me didn’t think my symptoms were serious enough. She did everything in her power to try to convince me not to come in. it really just felt like she didn’t want to work. Absolute shysters of shysters!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If u use health insurance they DOUBLE THE PRICE of an office visit, they DON'T TELL THEIR PATIENTS they're doing so, and u wind up paying more than $100 more for a simple office visit if u use your insurance than u would if you just paid out the cash price..... And they admit this on the phone if you talk to their billing department. You do not want to use these folks at all.
RecommendedMy experience with them has been wonderful we are always seen in a timely fashion. If I had to choose, I wouldn’t go to any other facility.
I set up an appoint. online at the Hiram GA location to have my sore throat looked at! No other symptoms!! When i made the appointment online NOWHERE does it state before coming that if you have just a sore throat you are required to first have a negative covid test to be seen! they post this on their facility door which does no good if you schedule an appointment online, Why? so far its been horrible, I go to them.they see me, then they send me yo get x-rays. when I asked the front desk where do I go they said I could just walk to it right behind them. . i went to that one the next day gave them the orders and they did Xrays on me. . we after a few days of no response. it turned out the person at the front desk sent me to the wrong location. and they said it was OK and I called the place I went ro and they sent them the xray images. .. i tey calling back and everyone at this facility must not be ... read more
