My 77 year Old Diabetic Aunt was seen for a Covid Test. Tested Positive. No questions asked. Set up a Tele Appt for three days later that never took place. Thank goodness the Health Dept Called to check on her because this location was not concerned at all.
Today was the 2nd time we’ve tried using this urgent care! The first time they overdosed my husband with steroids so bad he got so sick I took him to his regular doctor and they said that he had so many steroids in his system that it’s about made him diabetic! This second time (today) I took my daughter for her wrist that has been hurting for two and half weeks, they took X-rays and said she PROBABLY has tendinitis and gave her a referral to an orthopedic! I Was diagnosed with a sinus and severe ear infection and need antibiotics. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and they said they had not received it yet. I called Bacc Peachtree immediate care and not only did they not answer after I called over 20 times it went to a voicemail that was full. I finally was able to get in touch with them and they said they sent it again. Again the pharmacy did not have it. I came in for a follow up on sutures ...I checked into the location off of Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw,Georgia. The lady "Deanna or Dianna" at the front desk IS EXTREMELY RUDE. She seems very judgemental and has the worst attitude I've ever experienced in a healthcare setting. After checking in, she calls my phone as I'm waiting outside for the follow up to inform me that I needed to tell her more information so that she can have my proper file brought up. We used to like this place but this visit was disappointing. we were the only ones in the waiting room and our car was the only one in the parking lot but we were still having to wait. the receptionist wasn't very nice and she claimed they had patients in back. when we went back there no one was there. They should fire her and hire someone who wants to work.
