terrible service. don't respond to emails you call and the operator is clueless. My team has spent the last 2 weeks reaching out and the company is unprofessional, unorganized and clueless.
No one answered the calls since I have tried numerous times.
This association peachtree in Pleasanton is so poorly run. They bully the homeowners and treat them as below the association. We pay their salary. Yet they are so disrespectful . They are ineffective. Do not buy in a community run by peachtree. You will regret it. I hope we can terminate their services. Bob Jones is rude and condescending. My community is without homeowners insurance because of them. They didn’t even notify us. Beware
It is nightmare to deal with this HOA. They discriminated and give priority to the home owner they pick. No equal respond . If you see house managed by this HOA do not buy.
You cannot call and speak to anyone if you have a complaint, which I have had several, and they just tell you to email them. But they don’t respond to the emails. Ever. So I was told to try coming to the monthly meeting to address problems there, which I did, and was told by the ever-so-friendly Dean Something-or-other that I had no voice in the meeting because I am a renter. So he is telling me they are free to destroy my property (both my home and my car) with impunity because I don’t sign the check they get each month?! W... read more
