No one answered the calls since I have tried numerous times.
This association peachtree in Pleasanton is so poorly run. They bully the homeowners and treat them as below the association. We pay their salary. Yet they are so disrespectful . They are ineffective. Do not buy in a community run by peachtree. You will regret it. I hope we can terminate their services. Bob Jones is rude and condescending. My community is without homeowners insurance because of them. They didn’t even notify us. Beware
It is nightmare to deal with this HOA. They discriminated and give priority to the home owner they pick. No equal respond . If you see house managed by this HOA do not buy.
You cannot call and speak to anyone if you have a complaint, which I have had several, and they just tell you to email them. But they don’t respond to the emails. Ever. So I was told to try coming to the monthly meeting to address problems there, which I did, and was told by the ever-so-friendly Dean Something-or-other that I had no voice in the meeting because I am a renter. Bob Jones is the owner, this is the most horrible management company. Bob and his management team are horrible, not able or willing to resolve the problems for the resident, simple issue has occurred over a year, after sent them 100 emails and phone calls, they did not even try to resolve an issues or work with you. Bob is UNTRUSTWORTHTHY, he said something and would not follow through. If you are looking to hire a new management company to manage your property or re-new the contract as a HOA association.
