Do not go to PeaceHealth medical center they are not the healthcare professionals they claim to be! My mom who has shingles they refuse to see and her keep pushing her appointment date back I'm very disappointed in them and I hope their parents get the same treatment later on in life!
A few years ago, my Father spent the last months of his life at OHSU on Pill Hill in Portland. Though it was one of the most difficult times of my life I had nothing but good things to say about everything about that place. Last week, my mother in law was rushed to PeaceHealth SW Washington with a broken femur and we had some of the worst experiences possible over the next 8 days she spent there. The emergency department has 57 beds and is the only designated trauma center in Vancouver WA. It is amazing to see them in action!
Your wait times are totally unacceptable. Here waiting for 3-1/2 hours in the waiting room, but don't worry it's only my son's brain we are dealing with. I'm not even at a point where I can say what the doctors are like. The facility is not being run properly and I would hope you would learn from more efficient hospitals and mirror their best practices.
Thankfully we haven’t had much experience with the ER or hospitals. Unfortunately our daughter was in unbearable pain and we had to go to the ER twice last Sunday. It can be challenging to get the correct diagnosis. Thankfully we were admitted on our 2nd ER visit. Diagnosis of pneumonia plus an appendix that had to be removed. Thank you so much to Nurse Kayla and Dr. Sea! Took the most amazing care of our daughter. Thankful for lots of other great nurses and Drs! Overall we are very please with the care our daughter got.
From the Emergency Room to being admitted, what a professional, highly skilled staff. I am alive and doing so much better because of PeaceHealth. I am so very grateful.
