Peacehealth is truly a disastrous place. There's NO communication between physicians and the nurses, there's NO communication between physicians and family (don't bother being a POA, they won't bother to fill you in on anything) and my poor family has been through the ringer with these people. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want the best care for your loved ones because you certainly aren't going to get it here.
RecommendedI'm always gotten very good and courteous care when I have had to visit that hospital. My mother was in there just recently and she had excellent caregivers.
The staff in the emergency department are dishonest. I was lied to about test results and they disregarded my questions. Staff told me they ordered more tests and a CT, they told me my friend would be admitted overnight and that I would not need to take her home. After I left they discharged her without taking a CT or any tests and told her a medical transport driver would be there in an hour. Horrible! Treat everyone, including CHILDREN, like dogs. I lost more than a little of my faith in humanity today. Health care providers my fanny!
What a horrible experience yet again. The lady’s at the front desk are horrible. They don’t care at all about what is going on. Legacy will always be our go to.
This is what I witnessed one of your RN’s and her husband engaging in online. I wasn’t even involved in the conversation on a public Facebook post, but am appalled as this is the hospital where I bring my elderly father. He is a republican and votes red. Should I be afraid of bringing him to your facility? They are talking about dumping bodies? This is who you hire? Disgusting. Just so everyone knows, Christian Republicans will most likely be treated poorly at this facility.
They're a heartless corporation, who likes to send bills to the families of murdered people. F this Company and those who support behavior like this.
someone needs to educate the intake staff in the ER on how active miltary insurance works. staff would not except miltary card as insurance. please educate staff regarding active miltary members insurance.
