My 2 year old had a surgery scheduled, I received 5 calls from 5 different people all telling me different arrivals times and instructions. 13 hours before the procedure they called me to reschedule, I’m a mom and I work to pay our bills, I don’t have unlimited time to change surgery appointments, or be on the phone all day answering the same questions over and over and be told different times to arrive. I had to call the surgeon to get this issue resolved but I really question the level of medicine as there is clearly no co... read more

If you want to stay covid free I suggest not going to this hospital. They seem to employ nurses that think they can do what they want outside of their job during this time. Vacations out of state, gatherings with people outside their home. Should lead by example and take their patients health more seriously...

Just curious how covid patients are being seen in the same rooms as none in emergency department! Because clearly this hospital tried to make my grandma a covid patient or exposed her to covid by putting her in a room that the board stated covid! Do not suggest anyone going here! Clearly something is wrong! My grandma was not even have 1 symptom of covid it was for something totally different not any cold sign!

Business response:

Flores, I'm sorry to hear that you feel your grandma had a poor experience and we would like to learn more. Can you please provide us with additional information here: http://ow.ly/RN9430rlIVR? - Corey

I know PeaceHealth hasn’t had the best reputation but I have to say, I can see they are trying to change. I myself have had problems in the past and ended up leaving to go to a new practice. Well, I ended up getting referred back to their OB/GYN clinic off of 87th. I was very hesitant to go but I’m glad I did because I received the BEST care! I want to give kudos to the entire team there because everyone I dealt with was amazing and on top of their game. Impeccable communication and response time. Lynn, LPN is always so funn... read more

Can’t say enough about how great I was taken care of this trip . Surgery went great and should be going home tomorrow. All the staff went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of.

Peace Health Medical was a waste of time calling for results from covid testing at 7 pm. Almost 24hours later after tested in the ER and nobody to answer questions. Refused by the operator to even get transfer to any ER nurse where we were seen at. Guess they are understaffed due to the PANDEMIC??!?! No news is good news?!??!!!!! Not a professional answer!! 🤷🏼‍♀️ But they need funding??? Covid funding🤯When you do get transferred they have a line that NO ONE answers. It says that someone..?... will call me back between 8-4... read more

I’ve never written a review before, but our experience here was so discouraging and so disappointing that I feel obligated to share. Recently, I took my husband to Peacehealth SW Emergency Department when he developed a severe pain due to a kidney stone. After he was admitted, it took an hour for us to see a doctor. I must say that Dr. Eggen was very professional and polite. He said that the nurse would come soon and give my husband something for his pain. 40 minutes passed and nothing. We didn’t even have a call button to a... read more
