I lost my Punky cat a little over two weeks ago. And West Coast pet memorial handled her cremation, I got a paw print and a clay paw print The box (urn) she came home in was absolutely exquisite. This was a very hard time for me. As Punky was my heart cat. She was my heart and Soul. These folks are absolutely amazing. They take a lot of care in what they do. I was greeted and shown love here. I got a room and with my kids we spent our last moments with Ducky as a whole. As it was hard to let go they assured me I would be happy with there services. We had our Duck for 15 years and Ducky is family. Thank you for for the cremains of Ducky and glad she is back home with us..

I just got my beautiful great Dane’s ashes back. I’m sobbing, but the love and care put into her cremation is something I will be forever grateful for. Everything from start to finish was perfect. I miss my girl so much but I’m glad to have a piece of her back home.
I was worried about my prints that came back to me. But after talking to the manager Morgan, we were able to get everything sorted out. My doggy had a deformality in her feet so when the paw prints came back it didnt look right. I at first thought it was the wrong dog or with all these scam companies out there, I was concerned it was fake.
