Cortland is the bomb!!! I live at the Glenwood south location and I’m just gonna rattle off all the positive perks of living here for me and in general why it’s such a great spot. -The apartments are impeccable, easy to clean, super comfortable and quiet even though it’s in the heart of the city, perfectly spacious (I downsized from a townhome so I could live in a better location and it’s everything I could’ve asked for). - I viewed soooo many apartments before landing here and somehow this building is much more affordable t... read more
When this place was "Peace", it was great. Since Cortland took over, it’s gone downhill fast. It’s dirtier, things are constantly broken and they chose not to repair them, and the staff always seems annoyed when you ask even simple questions. They can’t answer basic leasing stuff, and it took nearly two months to get a response about something small. I moved out 5 months after they took over, and honestly, after hearing what it’s like now, it was a great choice.
The worst company I’ve ever experienced in my life! From no ac for months in mid summer to no lights in kitchen at the same time! All the while handwashing dishes with a broken dishwasher in an upgraded unit that cost almost 3k a month. Less security as the elevators used to be key fob only to now anyone who gets in the building can go to any floor! Property is dirty and is not whet it used to be DO NOT LIVE HERE
