It was all around awesome experience! Our tech Mike arrive right on the dot 830. I showed him the rooms and he got right to work. Afterwards packed up and didn't even wake the sleeping baby. Left a great citrus smell in the house and carpets look new again. Only wish is that we had cleaned the closet carpets too, next time we will. Also, will definently use this company again.
Mike provided great customer service when he came out to clean my dryer vent. He had a lot of knowledge and was professional. I would definitely recommend Peace Frog to family and friends and I will use you again. Thank You! ✌
Jason came and did my carpet and my sofa today. It looks wonderful!!! Very pleasant young man and showed up on time and immediately went to work. Extremely professional. Am more than pleased with work. However, I am very excited to find Peace Frog and Jason can do the ceiling also!!!!! We are in a motorhome and for some asinine reason the ceiling is a short nubby fabric. Not only do I have to vacuum my floors but ceilings also. Over time they have collected gunk. I am so pleased with my experience with peace frog. My carpets and tile look amazing! The company is very professional and pleasant to work with: from the woman who answered my phone call and scheduled the appointment, to the technician, James, who arrived on time, measured the areas to be treated and explained what he would do, protected my wall and furniture corners with plastic guards and brought a high powered blower to expedite drying. I couldn't be more pleased.
Mike came out and cleaned our new-to-us area rug today, he did an amazing job getting some stains out. It is a shag rug which I thought would be challenging, he got it done quickly and made it beautiful again. We always use Peace Frog for our rug and tile cleaning needs!
I was very impressed by the quality of the work and customer service. Jason was knowledgeable and most willing to share his expertise. Now that I've discovered Peace Frog, they will be my go-to place for carpet cleaning!
James McCade and trainee did an excellent job today. Always so helpful, prompt, and thorough. I appreciate that the cleaning can be done without harsh and excessive chemicals.
Dustin did an amazing job! I was a little worried when just one person came to clean my filthy carpets (we have 5 cats and a dog, it was bad...), but the end result was amazing! They have to keep the front door open for all the tubes from the truck, but they put up a contraption on the door to keep our pets inside! The price was pretty great too and you get a free coffee mug! Thank you so much Peace Frog!
