UPDATED: Our rug had trouble drying after the steam clean, and developed a mildewey smell. I called Peace Frog and they took the carpet back to their facility and spent a week cleaning it. For some reason this particular fiber blend (inexpensive synthetic) just didnt do well under a steam clean. I was worried about the carpet being ruined, but it looks like a brand new rug! We used Peace Frog to have our sectional cleaned and were completely satisfied with the work they did. Ben was friendly and efficient, and even waited on me when I was running late. We definitely will use them in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about Peace Frog. Ben arrived EXACTLY when I was told he would. Kind friendly sweet efficient. I wish my vocabulary was better so I could express what a perfect job he did. He pointed out a stain that due to poor lighting I hadn't seen from our beloved pet who has since passed on. My two recliners look as though they are spanking new. I am very impress with the work they provided and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
