My appointment was at 10:30 and come 11:30 I was still waiting. Some of us work and have other things we have to do...... If it's going to be a long wait then they should tell you ahead of time and give you the option to wait or reschedule.
I absolutely love the staff at PCHC..... The facility is always clean..... The doctors are knowledgeable and friendly...... Billing department is always willing to lend a helping hand when assisting with billing issues!
Horrible, under experienced staff with no bedside manners. Worst experience I've EVER had at any sort of doctors office. Learn some work ethic and start caring about your patients or get a different occupation...
Not a place I would recommend the care has gotten worse recently and are rude. Even talked to a doctor that worked there and has said that the care there has gotten bad.
