I had to leave work early today because I was sick with the flu. I didn't have to wait to be seen and everyone was very friendly.

The people here are nice and all, the doctors, the MAs, Nurses, the waiting part on the other hand, something needs to change. My appointment was at 4, it's now 4:40 and I'm still sitting here. When I went to go ask someone how long it would be, they said they didn't know there is 3 people ahead of me. I planned this appointment 6 months ago. Things seriously need to change.
