They really care... My desktop wouldn't start up at all and it had my company's payroll report on there. PC USA Data Recovery tech was very honest to let me know the issue that my motherboard failed, but my hard drive was perfectly fine. So happy, they recovered my files to a new external hard drive. They really care and I appreciate their superior customer service.

The prices seemed right and the service was impressive I am a bit hesitant to work with any computer IT service because you never know who is actually going to fix your problem or just rip you off. PC USA was a breath of fresh air. The information on the website was well presented and easy to navigate. The prices seemed right and the service was impressive. I would not hesitate to call again.
