The Service was Brilliant! Our laptop had a power connector problem. I called PC USA Repair and within ten minutes it had been collected. A few hours later it was returned fully working. The technician was polite and helpful throughout. The service was brilliant, I cannot praise this company highly enough.

Great Service! I was worried when our dog stood on my daughter's Acer Aspire One netbook. It cracked the screen and the machine was just out of warranty. I was given the website address for PC USA Computer Repair Service and within an hour of calling them, my daughter's machine is now as good as new for only a fraction more than the on-line cost of a new screen which I would have had to fit myself. The Service was excellent! I telephoned PC USA Virus Removal and they came out on the same day, at a time which was very convenient to me. The service was excellent. A virus was removed from my computer, and files recovered. They then got my computer back up and running and now work perfectly.

Keep up the fantastic work...PC USA! I was so thankful to PC USA Data Recovery in Miami technician that came out the same day I called. I was also impressed with the technician sent, he was very nice and explained everything well, and even offered extra help after he had 'clocked out' which was really kind and most appreciated. Highly Recommended! A week before the due date of company provided training, my computer would not boot up. I had spent many hours working on this training and had no copy backed up.
