Service is great The screen of my laptop had cracked and got it replaced for a cheaper one by PC USA Computer Store than what other company quoted me. I dropped it off Saturday and got it back the following day. All the technicians in there were friendly and knowledgeable. I had them go ahead and do it because I did not feel like paying more money and time was not an immediate factor. Overall service was great. I got exactly what I wanted to, and the experience went well. (Edited February 08, 2012)

What an Incredible Service PC USA Provides!!! I will definitely say that Miami provides the best customer service ever. Two weeks ago, my pc kept restarting by itself and shutting it down by itself. I did not know what happened to my PC and how to solve this problem. Experts from PC USA fixed this problem within a short period of time and in a very reasonable price. I highly recommend PC USA.

The most Genious Software Company, PC USA Compared to Best Buy Software Company, the technicians of PC USA are super fast and very professional. I went to Best Buy to fix my computer problem, they charged me $75 just to look but they did not fix my computer rather than making it worse. Then I went to PC USA and with the same price, they fixed my PC just in 1 day. Thank you so much PC USA. You are the best doctors for computers.
