I have been dealing with Tito and PC Richards for years. Never would I go to another store for any of my electronics needs. Tito's service and knowledge along with PC Richards reliability is second to none.
Phenomenal store! The customer service is some of the best I have experienced. The help is very knowledgable and care about their customers!
Nothing but exceptional customer service. Especially from Tito. Very easy shopping experiences each time.
Tito helped me purchase my refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the differences on each one. He made my shopping experience easy. I would trust Tito's recommendation on any product I will buy from PC Richards. He's truly an asset to your company.
