I needed a refrigerator in an emergency. I didn't have time to shop around for a sale. I went to PC Richard in Bayshore, NY and was met at the door by a friendly sales rep, her name is Jeannine Oppedisano. She took me over to the refrigerator section and showed me all the refrigerators that were available in the size I needed. Spent $800 on a frig delivered. Unit was not leveled and freezer door will not close in it's own. Spent hours trying to get them to come back but I was told another day. Not happening, I'm through with PCR.
Great store. Excellent customer service. Someone should educate the associate in charge of their social media only because Bay Shore is two words.
