Got a tv here a while back. The staff was great there very helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome place to go if not sure about products. Upfront and honest.
PC Richards is always our go to, and Brian the manager is the best!!! They are very professional, knowledgeable, and always offer competitive pricing! We wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend this store, and Brian and his team, to everyone we know!
Had a clean facility and they customer service was amazing not one person standing around with out help. Everyone was extremely nice Julio was the personality to help me and my family I highly recommend him good see JULIO
Never will purchase another product from them again. Poor customer service.
Big up to my boy Tito Soto for the hook up again, we lost our refrigerator yesterday. But with the help of a great friend we will be having a new one delivered tomorrow.
I have been dealing with PCRICHARD on 109 in West Babylon for years the staff are great in particular MARK on a scale of 1 to 5 stars I would give ten stars to him.
Extra special Thankyou to PC Richards in Bayshore. We are Islip parents that are looking for items to give the graduating class of 2015 as prizes for their post prom party- with out hesitation , Steve bringmann stepped up to the plate and was absolutely amazing with his assistance in helping us to get many prizes for our upcoming graduates!!! Thanks a million!!!
