RecommendedOriginally received a dishwasher that was defective and was very upset, due to Paula going out of her way and working tirelessly to make sure I was satisfied, was more than I can ask for. Paula went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. Soon will be buying an LG washer and dryer and can count on PC Richards and Paula when i'm ready. This is where you need to go for all your appliances. They ALL go above and beyond!!!
