Recently we ordered our new washer and dryer through PC Richards in Bayshore. The staff helped us pick the best performance W&D all while staying within our budget. Just when we thought the customer service couldn’t get any better, the people who delievered and installed our new machines were incredibly professional...not to mention they had to install on our 2nd floor. Will definitely be buying from this store again!

We had an amazing experience at this store. We needed a new washer and dryer and Tito and his team made us feel welcomed and gave us impeccable service. They took the time to explain the differences in each machine and worked within our budget. I had always been a fan of P.C Richard and this particular location really went above and beyond. The wife and I renovated our kitchen last summer and Julio helped to pick out all of our new appliances. He was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back.
