PC Laptops is AWESOME!! I just have to tell you what a great experience I had at PC Laptops in Orem on Friday, 10/30/09. I was greeted by several gentlemen with high fives, lots of smiles and "hello, how can we help you?" I enjoyed my experience while there. Robert Fisher was the gentleman who helped me. PC Laptops is the best ever! I have bought numerous computers 3 laptops and 4 desktops from PC latops. Every single one has been great and my latest laptop is amazing. It runs everything I need it to flawlessly and I haven't had one single issue... they are amazing. They are cheaper than macs and come with a lifetime service warranty you can't beat. PC Laptops is the best I have got 4 computers from PC Laptop so far and when the old Republic is out in a year I will get a 5th one. Every time I get a new one I give the old to my family members so they love me getting a new one as much as I do.
Power for the Price, Excellent Service!�?? When I was looking for a laptop, I was looking for something that had a good balance between power and price. I am a software engineer, so I need something that isn't going to start dragging every time I try to compile a project.
I needed a laptop for work, and was pleasantly supprised with PC Laptops! I needed a laptop for work and had a bad experience with an off the warehouse shelf HP laptop. So I returned it and went to see the guys at PC Laptops. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted warmly, and was helped right away. Prices a bit steep If you are in need of computer repair, take your laptops and computers elsewhere. PC Laptops' staff are friendly and helpful, and can get the job done, but their prices are a bit steep. There are other places that will repair your computer for less than their costs.
Expensive! I had a problem with my laptop a few years ago, and was disappointed with the service I received here. It cost me $75, and I still ended up needing to buy a new computer a few months later because the problems didn't stop. It was just frustrating, and I wish they would have just told me that my computer wasn't fixable. I can understand paying $20 for someone to tell me that, but not $75.
