Amazing company!! These guys rock! I have not ever purchased a computer from them, but the next one I do, will be from them for sure! A day or two ago, I was having issues with my computer, I called into my computer manufactuer for assistance but all they said was that I could pay $200 for an extened warenty then that could assist me... They Love Me! PC Laptops donated a laptop to Make-A-Wish to fulfil my little sister's wish. They also provided her with all the tech support she has needed since. Their commercials are endearing, "We love you!", and their service has proven that they they truly do!
PC Laptops is AWESOME!! I just have to tell you what a great experience I had at PC Laptops in Orem on Friday, 10/30/09. I was greeted by several gentlemen with high fives, lots of smiles and "hello, how can we help you?" I enjoyed my experience while there. Robert Fisher was the gentleman who helped me. PC Laptops is the best ever! I have bought numerous computers 3 laptops and 4 desktops from PC latops. Every single one has been great and my latest laptop is amazing. It runs everything I need it to flawlessly and I haven't had one single issue... they are amazing. They are cheaper than macs and come with a lifetime service warranty you can't beat. Come with me if you want to live... Have you looked around at the reviews on different sites for PC Laptops? The only negative reviews are from years ago and Dan actually responds and does what it takes to make things right. That's customer support. Loyal companies get loyal customers. PC Laptops is crazy! Prices a bit steep If you are in need of computer repair, take your laptops and computers elsewhere. PC Laptops' staff are friendly and helpful, and can get the job done, but their prices are a bit steep. There are other places that will repair your computer for less than their costs. Best Computer Decision I Made I'm a student over at Utah Valley University studying video editing, and with HD quickly becoming the norm, I needed a laptop to take to school that had the guts to edit it.
