Maintenance men were courteous and expeditious.
Payton's Place served as property manager for a property that was owned by our organization. Ron Payton did an excellent job of managing the property and keeping us informed as to the work that was needed on the property and what the costs would be. What was most valuable was the way that Mr. Payton dealt with our very difficult tenants. He was very good at keeping communications open with the tenants, finding out what the issues were, and then addressing them in ways that were suitable for both the tenants and owner. I had a poor experience with this company. I applied to rent a property. The application fee was $45. Once paid I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. I called and called only to continuously be hung up on. I recently came across another property they had advertised for rent. Same scenario as the first property, The current tenants will be moving at the end of the month. I was SCAMMED! Would never recommend them to anyone.
Mr. Payton was a pleasure to work with. Timely responses. Great communication. Top tier professionalism. I would gladly work with Payton's Place again!
