Has everything needed for a good power lifting workout, squat rack, power cage, deadlift jack, even chalk. Plenty of bars and plates. Great atmosphere!
I got a year pass from my hubby and I have loved every class and every instructor I have been too!!! I also love that they support the Payson community and the athletes. I even got Easton & David going....great place for any of our Payson athletes to go work out....mention you are a PHS athlete and get a discounted rate.
