I love payson total fitness! I've tried multiple gyms but I always come back to this gym! Norma knows everybody by name and is always pushes you to come so you can make your goals!
Love Love PTF. They even like us old folks!! Everyone is soo nice and the gym is sooo clean. Troy and Norma are such friendly and caring owners ( Troy even let's me give him a hard time). Ha
Its a great gym to work out at and equally awesome people that frequent it. I look forward to going each day
