Good people great gym couldn't ask for more
irst gym I ever went to I asked them if they can help me do a workout program, I wasn't sure what I needed to work on they said sure they can help me as long as I gave him $300 a month, payson total fitness goes above and beyond to help you. I love this gym. so I suggest if you're new to working out and you're not sure what you need to do go to Payson total fitness.
Love this place! Such a happy atmosphere. All the employees are super nice!
