Just traded in my SUV for a commuter car with awesome mpg. Our first salesman was Albert and he was great. Definitely went above and beyond and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately Albert was busy with other sales when we actually got to buying it so we started dealing with Isaac. Isaac did not make us feel welcome and made things quite confusing.
