Had the most wonderful experience while purchasing my new 2018 Malibu found the car on the Payless website and was able to take of everything on the phone before coming in. Dennis was very helpful and accommodating, but most importantly laid back. No pressure to buy, we were able to take multiple test drives without hassle, and when we noticed the alignment of our Passat was off, he quickly addressed the issue and got back with us as soon as the fix was complete. Overall happy with Dennis’s service and our buying experience.

Very satisfied with my experience through Payless. I used USAA's Car Buying Service and Payless was an authorized dealership. Upon finding a vehicle through that service, I called Payless to see if it was available to test drive. It was and Solat was very helpful and courteous when I arrived. Never did I feel like he was twisting my arm to change my mind on something or pressuring me into unwanted options.
