I have been living in my home for over 20 years. My spring on my garage door broke they came quick to fix it and I payed the $280. Upon changing the spring my garage door was squeaking very loud. It was not making that noise before. It took 3 weeks for them to come back to check it out. The guy come here very rude saying don’t call me back. So they just lost another customer. Very disappointed with their services and their attitude. The invoice said there is a 30 day warranty. They waited almost that entire time to come back... read more

Called them to replace the spring in the garage door and absolutely loved Marcos Ramirez, he was great. • Customer service on point • Job knowledge on point • Time management on point "All Points" covered. (Not going to lie, I am proud of that "All Points" tie in I just did) I would highly recommend.
Marcos came to our house to replace a garage door. When he installed the door, he forgot to add the accessories. I have called multiple times over a period of a year. Sometimes he responds. He claims to have ordered the parts and that they would be installed after June 31, 2021. He has yet to install these is accessories. Would not recommend this company.
Received phone # from a client of mine so I called them and Marcos was able to come out the next day and repaired my garage door. He was professional. Saved his info for future work
