Went for an appointment, established patient. I only take one medication. Dr. Paxton said he would send a refill, but did not. Called the office the next day - he still couldn't be bothered to take the 10 seconds needed to send a refill on the medication. Now he is on a 2 week vacation and I am stuck without my medicine. Just awful. Do not recommend.
Dr. Paxson did a wonderful job caring for our mother during her stay at Memorial hospital. He kept her comfortable and was considerate of her and the rest of the family when he was explaining everything to us.
My mom sees Dr Paxson for her copd. The office staff is always nice and answers all my questions. When her inhaler didn't work, he was quick to find one that did. Thanks to Dr Paxson my mom is breathing better than ever
Our dad had a triple bypass surgery in December and has been seen by this office in the past for COPD so he is an established patient. This week for three straight days we have been unable to get a return phone call from the office. Today home health care nurse was unable to get a return call either. This is not what we expected by Memorial Hospital which has always been great. Can not recommend this office for care of your loved ones.
