Dr. Valez is really unlike anyone out there. She truly cares, I have never felt heard by a physician like I have with her, she does not rush you, she gives the best advice and she has such a “mother” feel to her. I have never been so open with another provider. Jenn at the desk is so sweet and helpful. Thank you both!
Almost a year ago I was recommended Dr. Valez by the ER when I was diagnosed with a multitude of major health issues. Since then, with her treatment and following her instructions, I have made great progress recovering and getting stronger and better. She is very knowledgeable, listens to you, explains your problems and how her treatment is going to help, and when I followed her instructions and treatment, my health greatly improved. I credit her with saving my life and improving it.
Anne Valez and office staff are personable and professional. I feel safe, seen, heard, and well cared for. I’m not just a number, they remember me visit to visit and take away the medical office anxiety I have experienced my whole adult life.

I had went there for my appointment I first went to the one downstairs and she said I wasn't on her list and to go try upstairs okay so I did that and went upstairs I then had asked if this was the right office gave them my name and again said I wasn't on the list and no appointment was made but I have an email saying that I had an appointment for 230 on the 18th I finally talked to somebody and it couldn't have been more unpleasant very rude and couldn't even get a word in as well as I had my insurance card n a pic of my id... read more
