I just wished they would answer my calls
These days it is so hard to find a primary care provider that provides personal care, as opposed to a revolving door where you never know which nurse practitioner or physicians assistant you will see next. Pawtucket Primary Care is Dr. Valez, and Dr. Valez is who you will receive personal care from. I’m so glad I found this provider!
Provider office overbooks and never approved my medications. I cancelled my appointment and got a new PCP.
Dr. Valez is really unlike anyone out there. She truly cares, I have never felt heard by a physician like I have with her, she does not rush you, she gives the best advice and she has such a “mother” feel to her. I have never been so open with another provider. Jenn at the desk is so sweet and helpful. Thank you both!
Almost a year ago I was recommended Dr. Valez by the ER when I was diagnosed with a multitude of major health issues. Since then, with her treatment and following her instructions, I have made great progress recovering and getting stronger and better. She is very knowledgeable, listens to you, explains your problems and how her treatment is going to help, and when I followed her instructions and treatment, my health greatly improved. I credit her with saving my life and improving it.
