Brian and his team are very professional, provide exceptional customer service, high quality work and at a reasonable price. They care about the customer, getting the job done right and in an efficient manner.
Pawlak plumbing carried out the plumbing for our bathroom renovation, although hard to reach by phone (as I guess like most plumbers they are busy - which I take as a good sign) they turned up when they said they would and got the job done. They also fixed my leaking laundry faucet while they were here saving me a separate call-out.
How could they improve? They could start by returning our calls and e-mails. They did not complete requested repairs on our toilet. Apparently they refuse to discuss the matter.
