Excellent service!! My mother and I both had massages and facials and both were equisite. Also, the pricing was reasonable which is an added bonus. Hope to return again sometime when on vacation.

Wanted a balayage done over the summer and she dyed my whole head blonde. The worst part is that she missed a spot and I had a huge brown streak in the back of my head. Also they pressured me into buying this $50 purple shampoo that doesn't work that great. My hair was long, brown, and beautiful and the lady ruined it. Went to salon 804 and they dyed it back, with a few highlights, and had a much better (and cheaper) experience. Also they tell me what they use in my hair, but never ever push me to buy it. First time getting a pedicure, was supposed to get the 60 minute spa pedicure, confirmed at desk downstairs. Felt like the woman doing my nails was rushed, and she was finished after 42 minutes. Brought it up to the receptionist downstairs, and we discovered she gave me the Classic pedicure instead, which is 45 min. Not very apologetic, charged me for the 45 min pedicure. Won't be going back.
I had been a customer of this salon for 4 years and was delighted by my experience with Shawna, who was talented and always a joy to be around. Sadly, she transitioned to a different salon so I switched stylists this last year. Unfortunately, my new stylist inspired me to change to a different salon downtown recently.
