Recommended♥️ pavlova was a great experience for me! Each of the girls through the different spa choices great to talk to and I was very happy with the outcome! All were very professionally done!
I would not recommend their lash extensions service. They started falling off right after I left the salon and within 24h were basically gone. I scheduled a "fix" visit where I was told they are testing new kind of lash extensions so this could be the reason! Within 24h after the second visit the extensions were gone again. I was never informed they will be testing new product that obviously is not working. This was a huge inconvenience- waist of my time and money.
RecommendedMy first visit there today - I saw Bastien. I was very impressed. He listened to my concerns and took the extra time to address them. I had a haircut and chemical straightening. My hair feels and looks so great. I will definitely be back!
I had the best hair cut last month. I’ve lived in the area for a decade and have tried numerous salons over the years. The service and cut that I had in January were top notch. Bastien is so passionate about what he does and really took the time to find out what I wanted and then talked through options based on what I need my hair to do, how much effort I want to put into it, physical features, hair type, and etc. I’ll never let anyone else cut my hair again!
I'm so happy with my new color and cut I had with Rachel today! I am seriously so thrilled and cant wait for her to take care of my hair in the future.
I got lash extensions done recently by a newer lady and unfortunately they don’t look any different. It just looks like I have a lot of mascara on. For what it costs I expected some type of noticeable difference. I was trying to treat myself and it ended up being a disappointing and uncomfortable experience
The ladies who did my, my sister-in-law, mother-in-law, and mom's nails for my wedding were hilarious. They do take groups but having a group of 4 means everyone does manis and pedis at the same time. More than that and you'd have to split and switch but the rooms are connected so you can still chat with your party. They have 4 mani and 4 pedi chairs. lot's of colors of OPI and shellac to choose from. My nails still look great, almost a week later :) #goldflipflops
