Came In for the Spa Day special and ended up paying the full price of a cut and color. My stylist didn’t talk to me for the three hours I was there, didn’t listen to what I wanted even when I showed her pictures, and also forgot to mention the $30 up charge I had to pay.

I booked a girlfriends get away weekend (7 total in our group). While the service providers all provided great services, the amenities and extras are void. I mentioned at least 3 times we would be bringing in mimosas & food and upon arrival they were disorganized and had to find and pull everything together. Other groups were coming in & out of the main lounge area and we were told we could leave our stuff out but I had to “ASK” for a sign to be made for our group so random guests would not eat or drink what we provided. I'd highly recommend this place as each person we encountered was friendly and professional. I'll be back to utilize their spa services for sure and my husband is satisfied with his haircut and so am I!
